Make homemade gluten-free biscuits at home in a breeze! Just let the dough sit out to room temperature and follow step 4 onward from our pizza crust recipe here. This dough gluten-free, corn-free, and contains dairy. Each version contains our mix, buttermilk, baking powder, baking soda, seasonings, and other flavor-specific ingredients (cheddar cheese for the cheddar biscuits, and both tomato and basil leaves).
Each dough makes 12 biscuits.
At 12 biscuits per dough, calories per cheddar biscuit = 85, tomato basil biscuit = 45
Please note that dough orders are fulfilled between Sunday and Tuesday every week and we will coordinate with you to ensure you get your order when convenient for you. This means that if you order on a Wednesday, we will not be able to get you your order any earlier than Sunday that week.
